How to deal with the tasks listed in the Business Task Management view.

There are some tasks listed in the Business Task Management view, you want to know how to deal with these tasks.

1. Go to the Application and User Management work center.
2. Go to the Business Task Management view.
3. Search All Items, and status=New, there are a number of tasks existing in the system.

System creates BTM tasks when it requires input or attention from a system user. As a system administration, you can assign the task to the right person if needed. The responsible of the task need to check and take necessary actin. The tasks can be completed either automatically based on defined business logic or manually by the users.
