Hi, Nilesh.

if you are in practicing system hope you have an access for T.CODE SE93. If you have an Production system of your client try the t.code authorization if not contact ABAP team.

However you can follow the steps below:-

choose your T.CODE starts with Z*** and then -->click on create button.

a pop up selection menu will appear-->put the short text which you have created the source code in SE80 OR SE38. you can get the program and screen name in SAP Menu-->system-->select status. Here you copy the program screen name and paste it in t.code SE93 short text this is the link between t.code and program screen.
