How to create user in a newly installed SAP CAL Appliance (S4HANA 2023)

Hi,

I'm experiencing an issue with my SAP CAL account. I am unable to:

1. Create new users: The user creation request form is not visible.
2. Access the installed SAP appliance: My admin credentials are not allowing me to log in the installed S4HANA system.

Could you please assist me in resolving it?

In a newly installed SAP CAL S/4HANA 2023 appliance, log in with the default admin credentials provided in the SAP CAL instance details. If user creation is not visible, check transaction SU01 (for user management) or DBACOCKPIT for database-level access.
Also, verify system roles in SAP GUI or SAP Fiori. If login issues persist, please try to reset credentials in the SAP CAL console.
