In a newly installed SAP CAL S/4HANA 2023 appliance, log in with the default admin credentials provided in the SAP CAL instance details. If user creation is not visible, check transaction SU01 (for user management) or DBACOCKPIT for database-level access.
Also, verify system roles in SAP GUI or SAP Fiori. If login issues persist, please try to reset credentials in the SAP CAL console.
