I need to create several test IDs in the test system, like Role1 assigned to TESTID1 and so on. How can it be done in S/4HANA Cloud for the usage of Test Automation Tool?

Now, answering your second question, for each business user you would be granting some business roles and this business user can be used as a test user. Now you can create multiple test users with this test user, however, I'm not sure why would you be creating multiple roles with the same test user which has same roles.
