How to create query based report / Crystal report as per requirements SAP Business One HANA

Dear all,

Please check the attached snap and suggest the best way to full the requirements.

I have created UDF named Box number which contains the data 1:1, 1:50,1:5, 2 and much more.

For the First line item row (Item Code : ABC) the data is 1:1, 1:50.

For the second line item row (Item Code : XYZ) the data is 1:5.

For the third line item row (Item Code : PQR) data is 2.

First value show the box number like 1,2

Second value show the Quantity like 1,50,5,2

I need to develop query based report / crystal report which group the boxes and show the below output.

Box1

---------------------------------------

Sr. No Item Name Quantity

1 ABC 1

2 ABC 50

3 XYZ 5

Box2

----------------------------------------------

Sr. No Item Name Quantity

1 PQR 2

Note: As per above example, In the first box there are two rows include with quantity 1 + 50 + 5.

Need to split data.

OR Second way if like user is enter the box number (selection window) the query result show the item name and quantity looks like query based report. It also works fine for us.
