How to create new Checking rule for ATP check in S/4 HANA Cloud?

We have a scenario that the Business wants to differentiate ATP in Production for one plant to include Blocked stock into available quantity.

In ECC we created for those scenarios separate checking rules and assigned them to the checking groups to setup the rules in Scope of check customizing.

How can we create new checking rules in S/4 HANA public cloud, as I did not find an SSCUI for that?

How are you? I have excluded the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud" and included the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Manufacturing" for this question, as ATP in Production is related to Manufacturing Line of Business.

Hello Neeraj,

thanks for the link. It is a nice explanation for users who are new to the concept.

But unfortunately, it does not answer my initial question on how I can create new checking Rule to differentiate the scope of check for a specific plant on PP order side.

In ECC, this was possible in Transaction OPJL, but in S/4 Public Cloud I could not find a corresponding SSCUI or app.
