How to create mandatory fields in fixed asset?

Dear, All.

I want to make the cost center as mandatory while creating fixed asset in Fiori app- 'Manage Fixed Assets'.

I know that mandatory fields red mark " * ".(rf. below capture 1)

- Capture 1

It is possible to create asset without 'Cost center' in present, but it did depreciation error about the asset without 'cost center'.

So, I want to make the 'Cost center' mandatory field, too.

I found about T-code 'AS02', but I can't find in public edtion.

How to create mandatory field in S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition?

However, I can't enter the Preconditions & Validation field.

I've already set up a business role and catalog.
