How to create down payment for service order 3D2

Hi,

Our clients take down payment from their customer for services. They will be using solution process 3D2 -Service Order Management and Monitoring, to process their service orders. 

We couldnt find the billing plan function in the application, nor can we find the button to enable Billing Plan like the one in Sales Order.

Header level:

Item level:

We even tried looking to use the Manage Customer Down Payment Requests but there are only options for Sales Order but not Service Order.

Please let us know if theres a way to post down payment for service order.

Hello,

Currently, SAP S/4HANA primarily supports down payment processes related to sales orders using milestone billing plans. The billing plan function is typically not available for service orders Customer downpayment in S4HC – temporary workaround… within the standard Service Order Management and Monitoring process.
