How to Create Delivery?

Hi,

I have two open orders. With reference to the two open Orders ,how to crate one delivery?

Hi Vas,

Use VL10 T-code, input your shipping point or sales orders in the input selection screen - execute.

Check for the display of your sales orders, make sure the following is same for both your orders:

Shipping Point

Ship to Party

Inco Terms

Route

Unloading Points

Freight Forwarder

Delivery Date

If all are same, click on "Dialog" icon if you want to create the delivery in foreground.

Else if you want the system to combine the sales orders and create singele delivery in background, click on "Background" icon.

If the above conditions are different for both orders, delivery will split else you can get a single delivery with two or more line items;

goto delivery VL01N as per standard delivery

click on outbound delivery in the menu bar --> collective processing ..delivery creation

here you can give as per your req

Go to VL04 and if shipping criteria is same then it can be combined in single delivery.

hi,

use the transaction code VL10A,VL10C

but make sure that shipping point,ship-to-party,loading group are same
