How to create custom preconditions and functions for Sales Order Approval Workflow

I need to configure approval workflow for sales orders with some custom requirements:

1. How can I add a custom pre-condition? (Manage Sales Document Workflows app)
2. How can I add a custom function for team members? (Manage Teams and Responsibilities app)

You can extend the app 'Manage Sales Document Workflows' to include additional workflow preconditions by providing and publishing enhancement implementations for the available Business Add-Ins (BAdIs) in the Custom Logic app.

To create additional approval functions and function profiles, you can find and perform the following two configuration activities in your configuration environment:

• Define Function Profiles
