How to create CR using SOAP BusinessPartnerSUITEBulkReplicateRequest_In

Hi Team,

Using Service ( BusinessPartnerSUITEBulkReplicateRequest_In ) can we save change request in Draft Mode? if yes what was the parameter need to be passed in the input level ?

And need to capture the the warning ,error or Success messages as well . can any one help me on the development.
