How to create/configure new Handling Unit Types in Cloud

Does anyone know how I can add/create some new Handling Unit Types in the Cloud?

You can use the app called "Create and Process Available Non-Assigned Handling Units" in IM. On WM you can do it by using the "Pack Outbound delivery app" and simply click on create after putting the information.

The APP name can be "Create Non-Assigned Handling Units" with bussiness role " SAP_BR_INVENTORY_MANAGER" and "SAP_BR_WAREHOUSE_CLERK".

Although I have the roles added to my user, I still don't get the .... Handling Unit app. How is this possible?
