I have a requirement to create/change an RFQ in MM. Cany anone guide and advise in this matter.
As, I could not find any such thing for Create/Change an RFQ.

As per note 2115337 - BAPI or MASS Options for RFQs - SAP ERP & SAP S/4HANA there is no standard BAPI for requests for quotation. You'd need to use a batch input to ME41.

Procurement: Purchasing Document
Procurement: Purchasing Document Item
