How to create additional 89 inspection lot during goods receipt?

Hi All,

During GR of ROH I get standard 01 inspection lot. In addition, I would like to create one inspection lot of origin 89 each time 01 inspection lot is created. Any suggestions how to achieve that?

Hi Pablon,

The way to manually create inspection lots (with origin 89) is transaction QA01. There is no way to automate this (without any development) so you might consider to extend the inspection of the inspection lots triggered by origin 01.

An alternative could be to use origin 08 and limit all the movement types for this origin, except the 101 movement type. But this solution direction will limit your further usage of this origin.
