How to create a custom field for Inbound deliveries

Please advise how to create a custom field in Inbound deliveries in S/4HANA Public cloud?

I have tried via APP Custom fields, but didn't find any element Inbound related.

Hi! Were you able to add the custom field to inbound deliveries? I am facing the exact same problem as I am not able to find any business context for inbound deliveries in the creation of custom field app. Kindly let me know.

Thanks for your question!

You need to open the app where you would like to insert the custom field eg: Create Inbound Delivery App, go to Adapt UI and create the custom field. Once you enable it in UI and apps, you can publish it afterward.
