We are using ressource groups in ByD and the production models. When creating production orders and releasing them we get production tasks. We do commit the production tasks but there are several possibilities
1) Just commit the entered times - on ressource group level
2) Add the used ressource and commit times on the ressource level.
Our ressources (and ressource groups) are valuated by services (activities) - not by hourly cost rates.
Anyway either if we use method 1) or 2) the times are not posted to the system withe the messages "Cost rate for resource F33 (Ziehmaschine - Feinstdraht) and set of books 4010 valid on 20200128 is missing" which is not true ..
So what is the correct usage?
I raised an incident but the guys in the support told me to use hourly rates. Hourly rates will not create correct valuations for the activities.
Any help appreciated.
Kind Reagrds,
Klaus
