Its a hard coded warning message cant be customized in standard. You may check the option to control the usage via material status in OMS4.

We can use S/4 HANA thus I can't this method. How can I find it?

I can find SE84. Is it enough if I just change it from API_MAT_READ_ALL_PLM?

Hi,

Please check the below path:

Spro>MM>Purchasing>Environment Data>Define Attributes of System messages.

If the message does not exist you can add as a new entry.
