As you say SAP Adobe Forms, I guess you mean the SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe, so you may indicate this exact tag in your question.

I guess generating JSON is very easy, so it's probably not your question.

Extracting the data input from an Adobe Interactive form is easy, but almost impossible in ABAP for print-based forms (except if you're a nerd). This question was already asked and answered in the forum.

I would at least take a look at the existing 60 blogs, whether they already answer my question. Blogs here usually have a high quality and even useful code samples.

It is not clear what do you want to do and where do you have an issue.

Adobe form is binary file. You want to put binary file into the message in JSON format? You can put it in JSON for example encoded in BASE64...

Who is the receiver of the JSON message (third party)? Because most often receiver specifies how data should be passed. You need to get these details and reveal some of them in your unclear question. Othervise everyone just guesses from crystal ball.
