How to control the fields to trigger "restart workflow of Contract"

Hi,

I want to control the fields to trigger "restart workflow of Contract".

I already read SAP Note: 3392372, and it was explained to use "Manage Conditions to Restart Flexible Workflow for Purchase Contracts" of SPRO, but I can't find that config in my system.

Is there any special step to use the config or is there another way to control triggering field?

Please check with your Basis/Security team why you are missing that configuration. In my system it is there.
