How to connect a QR-code scanner for processing the entry invoices? Which QR-code scanner can be used in SAP environment?

All the QR-bill relevant implementation guidelines and styleguides are available on the PaymentStandards.CH website (in the sub-sections of the communication-grid download center several documents can be found in DE/FR/IT/EN).

Please note, that not all of the QR-code scanners are capable of direct use in SAP environment on the market. The manufacturer often has to make any driver adjustments for the correct data entry in the SAP fields.

In general, SAP as a software manufacturer is not responsible for the operability or the execution of any necessary adjustments of Third Party Devices such as: Printers and/or scanners.

However, SAP is already aware of three products from well-known Swiss scanner solutions in the Swiss market that provide these functions. Please note at this point that SAP must not name them because of competition reasons. However, they can be found quickly with simply search for example 1. "Swiss QR Code Scanner" "SAP" or 2. "Swiss QR Reader" "SAP" etc.
