How to configure timezone to technical users in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

Hi Friends,

The following notes says that it's not possible to change system or communication users timezones.

2716344 - Timezone in Cloud system is set to UTC as default - SAP for Me
2708067 - Can the timezone be changed for a communication user? - SAP for Me

But, i'ts possible to change the timezone of Technical Users or apps?

Some process need to integrate with external architectures and we can't control the the timezone of e.g SAP_SYSTEM that is responsible to process jobs. 

When we are using Monitor NF-e our users are correctly setted to Americas/Sao Paulo (UTC -3) but the system register the processing in UTC.

There are some way to avoid it?

Interesting. Is "NF e" Nota Fiscal Eletronica? Are the involved systems running on UTC only? How do users set their TZ (inherited from locale?)? I'm only peripherally aware of tz issues from running global batch).

Hi Jim,

Yes! NF-e is "Nota Fiscal Eletronica" It's a fiscal invoice in Brazil.

S/4HANA Public works only in UTC. Each user can configure your own time zone, just setting in the profile.

But when a technical user like SAP_SYSTEM, or any other, is used by the system to perform some action, the system time zone is used.
