How to configure the use of adobe form in s4hana cloud ex?

Hi Expert,

I need to use the custom form template I made in Adobe livecycle designer in the outbound delivery note. I know to download and upload the template in the app "maintain form template", but how to configure it later? In the ES edition, I need to configure in app "manage your solution" and "output parameter determination", so how do I do ex? Ask the experts to give me some advice. Thanks.

Do you have any other notes?
