How to configure Reference Purchasing Organizations in S/4 HANA Cloud

how to set up a reference Purchasing Organizations (to which  local Purchasing Organizations will be assigned) and create Purchasing Contracts for that reference Purchasing Organization which all Company Codes/Plants can use for calling off PO’s.

1. Go to App"Manage your solution"
2. Go to Configure your solution
3. Choose application area as Organization
4. Double click on the Item name Organization
5. Click on configure against the configuration step '18. Assign purch. organization to reference purch. organization'
6. Enter the details and save
