How to Configure "standard text key" for task list & Operation

How can i configure "standard text key" for equipment task list IA01 & Maintenance Order IW31.

If you are unable to find the "Define Standard Text Key" option in SPRO,
follow these steps to configure and use the Standard Text Key correctly in SAP PM:

Step 1: Check Configuration for Standard Text Key
1.Go to SPRO (SAP Customizing Implementation Guide)
- Navigate to:
Plant Maintenance and Customer Service → Maintenance Plans, Work Centers, Task Lists → Task Lists → General Data
- Look for an option related toStandard Text Key.
- If you cannot find it, check if the relevant configuration is available under:
Plant Maintenance and Customer Service → Maintenance and Service Processing → Basic Settings → Define Standard Text Key

2. If the option is still not visible, ensure that you have the necessary authorization to make changes in SPRO.

Step 2: Assign Standard Text Key to Task List
1. UseTransaction IA01 (Create Equipment Task List).
2. In theOperation Details, navigate to theExternal Processing tab.
3. Enter theStandard Text Key in the relevant field.

Step 3: Use Standard Text Key in Maintenance Order
1. UseTransaction IW31 (Create Maintenance Order).
2. When selecting aTask List, the Standard Text Key should automatically be copied into the order operation.

Step 4: Maintain Standard Texts in SO10
1. UseTransaction SO10 to create predefined texts.
2. Link the Standard Texts to the Standard Text Key.

Alternative Solution (If Standard Text Key Is Not Available)
If the "Define Standard Text Key" option is not available in SPRO, you can achieve similar functionality using:
-Work Instructions in Task Lists
-Long Text in Operations (IA01, IA02, IA03)
-Catalog Profiles (Custom Codes for Standard Texts)

i did not get this option in spro, i have searched it as well & i have checked authorization.

Did you already try those two paths from online documentation?

• In Customizing by choosing Quality Management  Quality Planning  Inspection Planning  Operation   Work Center  Maintain Standard Text Keys.
• In the application by choosing Logistics  Plant maintenance  Planned maintenance  Maintenance task lists  Extras  Standard text.

To configure the Standard Text Key for an Equipment Task List (IA01) and Maintenance Order (IW31), follow these steps:
1. Define Standard Text Key: Go to SPRO → Plant Maintenance and Customer Service → Maintenance Plans, Work Centers, Task Lists → Task Lists → Define Standard Text Key and create a new key.
2. Assign Standard Text Key to Task List: In IA01, enter the Standard Text Key in the operation details under the External Processing tab.
3. Use in Maintenance Order: In IW31, when selecting a task list, the Standard Text Key will be copied into the order operation.
4. Maintain Standard Texts: Use transaction SO10 to create predefined text entries that can be linked to the Standard Text Key.
5. Test and Validate: Create a task list and a maintenance order to ensure the text key functions correctly.
