How are you? I have excluded the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Supply Chain" and included the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud Master Data" for this question, as Field Selection Group is related to Product Cross Master Data.

The SSCUI / Configuration Activity Assign Fields to Field Selection Groups in S/4HANA CLoud does not currently support field selection at plant level 

Please submit a feature request if you would like it added
