How to configure customize field selection for Purchase order Type ?

I am unable to locate path to configure customize field selection for PO and PR in CBC

Please guide for the same

Hi Mayur, in S/4HANA Cloud, I don't think there are SSCUI's to customize the field selection like you see in on-prem. please try to explore the options using Custom logic App. pls refer the screen shot below. try to use the following BAdI . pls check the BAdI documentation, which may help to define the field control.

You can use BAdI MM_PUR_S4_PO_FLDCNTRL_SIMPLE to modify the properties of specific fields that appear on the user interface of the apps:

• Manage Purchase Orders on item level in the section Process Control
• Create Purchase Order - Advanced on item level on the tabs Delivery and Invoice.

The SAP GUI transactions ME21N, ME22N, ME23N are also affected by this
BAdI.
You can make the fields hidden, read-only, mandatory, or optional as per your requirements.
