How to Check User T-Code/Tile Usage (Last 2 Months)

Dear SAP Team,

We need to check which T-Codes or Fiori tiles were used by user in the last 2 months.

Kindly let us know how we can view this data — is there any specific tile, report, or method available?

Please share the steps or guidance as soon as possible.

Kindly refer the below KBA

3212871 - How to get "Identity and Access Management" information - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

You can use the "I_IAMBusinessUserLogonDetails" view to check Business User Logon Details.

While it is not possible to track which user accessed a specific app, you can monitor the applications that business users are authorized to access in the S/4HANA Cloud system using the IAM Information System app

Steps to follow:

1. Set the "Main Entity" as "Application"
2. Click on "Application - Business User" tab
3. Search with the business user's name
4. You can get the list of applications which are used by this business user
