what is the process you want to setup , is it for the incoming vehicles / Gate entry ? if so then check in Transportation module if any ready transaction is available or you need to create your own z process for this.

Just posting 3 weights and a slip number and asking for a procedure is quite poor.

there is no transaction, you can check this yourself browsing your purchasing menu (preconditioned you used the right tag for your question)

What do you actually try to accomplish? What is your process? Is this something you get from your vendor, is it something you produce yourself when you get tank cars? What details do you want to check and why?
