Hi Ruchi,
Using the app "Display Security Audit Log", you can filter on Event AU1 (logon) and Event AU2 (Logon Failed).
Unfortunately, while I have found the communication user is visible in the table, I have not been able to filter on the "Full Name" field for a communication user. You can however export the table to Excel to help sort/filter.
In your case, I suspect the user is locking due to failed logon - so you might want to filter only on event AU2.
The resulting details will give you the IP address where the message is coming from. It will also indicate the type of failure and the reason (password for example).
Please let us know if this helps!
Thank you
Jerry
