現在、SAP S4 PERSON_NAME cloud publicでは、三分法ではなく、売上原価対立法が採用されていると思います。

売上原価対立法が採用されていることが明記されているドキュメントはありますでしょうか。

I think SAP S4 PERSON_NAME cloud public currently uses Perpetual Inventory System instead of the Periodic Inventory System.

If SAP has document in the community or KBA, mentioning that SAP supports Perpetual Inventory System (売上原価対立法) rather than Periodic Inventory System(三分法).
