Dear Cordero,

In order to meet your exact requirement,in the user profile check what roles has been assigned.

Now in all the roles check in T.Code PFCG which has the authorization for transaction code CS02.

Now here for the authorization object C_STUE_NOH,check what value has been set, ensure the value is

set for "NO".then check in CS02 whether is it displaying an error or a warning message.

Hello, experts!

I have follow settings in SPRO:

OS25

OS27

And an authorization object C_STUE_NOH I has been set...

Unfortunately, this did not help, and anyway, when changing the specification, the system does not ask you to enter the change number

Hi Arnulfo,

I believe you are using ECM and creating and changing the BOM using change number. This warning message you are getting when user is trying to change the BOM without change number.

Refer SAP Note 35100.

An authorization object exists (C_STUE_NOH - authorization to edit bills of material without change number). This authorization object has only one field. When you maintain a bill of material with history requirement, the system checks whether the user has an authorization for which 'X' is entered in this field of object C_STUE_NOH.If this is the case, the system just displays a warning message saying that the bill of material has a history requirement.

If you require to make it as error message then for the authorization object change the C_STUE_NOH from  'X' to blank.

Thanks & Regards,

Hello

Please see note 420878 - it states:

Check the authorization profile of the respective user.

Example:

         C_STUE_NOH <OBJ>

            &_SAP_ALL    <AUT>

                NOHIS      <FLD>

                   *

would have the authorization to process BOMs requiring history without a

change number. In this case, if you change '*' to ' ' in NOHIS, you will

no longer receive a warning, but rather an error message.
