how to change validity period

can we change the validity period for ACTIVITY TYPE,if it so how can we change.pls resolve my issue......

Hi,

Example your Activity type is created as

from 01/01/2008 to 12/31/2008. and you want to extend another year.so

goto KL01 T.code

enter your activity type (same name) and enter validity dates.

From 01/01/2009 to 12/31/2009 and press enter

enter all details similar to old one.

Use T. code KL02, give Activity Type and click on master data now go to menu option Edit u2192Analysis Periodu2192 Select other Analysis Period u2192 Now you can change validity period for Activity Type

Hi,

Go to T code KL02 enter your Activity type and press enter, then go to the edit icon on the main menu and click on Analysis period then you can change the Valid from and valid to date .
