How to change 'User Data' subscreen area name in IE01/02/03?

Hello,

I have a requirement for adding a new field into the master data maintenance screen of Equipments (IE01/02/03). I managed to add the required field into the screen with the help of the following link https://blogs.sap.com/2014/04/08/itob0001-itob0003-user-fields-in-equipment-functional-location-flee.... BUT, there is this 'User Data' title which comes with the additional subscreen and is not changeable. Our customer wants from us to remove it. Couldn't find a way yet.. Is there anybody else who has removed or has a suggestion to how to remove(or change) it?

I added the field via Function-exit: ITOB0001.

The title in the frame comes from the SAP supplied screen SAPLITO0 1080. There are no means to change this text over configuration or similar.

You could change the text by changing the translation to something your customer would be more content with or by direct modification of the screen itself. Both however are modifications which your customer may or may not be comfortable living with.

If you are using GUIXT or SAP Personas to improve the user experience of your users, you have more freedom in influencing what the user sees on the screen.
