How to change target mapping parameters for a fiori app?

Hello,

We want to use the F1511A - Create Maintenance Request app for creating notification type M1 - Maintenance Request. But as mentioned in the target mapping of the app - Notification type = Y1 desn't allow to create such notification.


If we try to modify the target mapping parameter values using fiori launchpad designer - the system shows the following warning. And it will break the reference with the tile and in the technical catalog everything gets deleted.

Does anyone have an idea, how to proceed with the such customization?

Hi,

If you need to change parameters in a SAP-standard target mapping it will break the reference to the original catalog.

My suggestion is to make your own copy of the SAP-standard target mapping to your own technical catalog.

There you can change the parameters as you see fit and then reference this target mapping from your business catalog.
