your topic is not "clear enough". Assuming you are using "Report from template": the process will ask you any time to "fill in" data for the "parameters" (if there is no "clear" ABAP code in the background to avoid this manual filling of data)
So it is not only "once" you need to enter the data. For any "Report from template" process (in most practical cases): you must "reenter" the data
In same area (e.g. sales org). SAP "remember" the last decision of the user (long story to explain) and you need not to reenter the data once again
