How to Change Logon Language while Using SSO?

You are logging into Business ByDesign using SSO, and notice that there is no option to change the logon language.

To set the logon language when using SSO login you can follow the below steps in your respective browser:

Case 1: In Internet Explorer

1. Go to Tools option.
2. Select Internet Options.
3. Now select Languages and select Language Preference.
4. Maintain here your preferred Language.
5. Click Ok.
6. Restart the browser.

Case 2: In Chrome:

1. Go to Settings Options in Chrome.
2. Click on Advanced option.
3. Add the required language and set this to default.
4. Restart the browser.

Case 3: In Mozilla Firefox:

1. Go to Options.
2. Select Content.
3. Under the heading Language, click the button Choose.
4. Now select the Language to add from the dropdown.
5. Click on Ok.
6. Restart the browser.

If the steps above do not resolve the reported issue, you can try the following steps:

1. Open the Business ByDesign tenant without SSO.
2. Select English in the logon screen and then log on to the system.
3. Click on the user avatar icon on the top-right of the screen.
4. Click on My Settings.
5. Click on Manage Certificates.
6. Click on Assign Logon Certificate.
7. This procedure will install a new certificate in your browser with the required language.
