How to change first bin location

I want to change first bin location. How can I do that ?

Just by doing stock transfer between the bins will change the First Bin Location.

Note that the entire quantity should be transferred.

In your case, From bin should TR1000-D14 and To bin is TR1000-C33 and Quantity should be 200 as per your attachment.
