How to change employee subgroup assignment for a person?

Hello experts,

I want to change the employee subgroup assignment of a person? but i can not possible using my hiring action and transfer action. How it is possible. I have 3 employee subgroups under my Employee group P-Permanant such as Country director,Manager and consultant, and the issue is I want to change employee subgroup of one of my employee from consultant to manager. How its possible?

Thorough PA41 you can change the employee sub group.

in 0000 action type check 70 correct entry and 71 uncorrect entry

Hi Ravishanker,

If you want to change the employee subgroup of the particular employee they why dont you go to the PA30 Maintain employee data. with org assignment try and check with PA41 also ok

Is the employee whom you want to change employee group is because of promotion or any other reason if so if you have any action called promotion or so try and do with that ok

if you are not clear let me what exactly is your requirement

Hi

If you want to change from previous date , use " PA41" other wise create an action naming " change in grade".
