How to capture approval history for flexible workflow?

To whom it may concern,
We need a feature that will allow us to keep a historical trail of approvals for audit compliance purposes.
Specifically, we would like to build a function to see who has made the approvals.
Using the flexible workflow function for purchase requests and purchase orders,
Could you please let us know if there is a screen where we can see the trail of approvals by the approver?

Dear Customer,

My name is Lisa from the MM-PUR team. I have checked your query further, and can confirm, there is no standard report that shows flexible workflow data.

You can create a custom report using the following tables:
SWW_CONT - Container Contents for Work Item Data Container
SWW_CONTOB - Container Cont. for Work Item Data Container (Only Objects)
SWWLOGHIST - History of a work item
SWWUSERWI - Current Work Items Assigned to a User
SWWWIHEAD - Header Table for all Work Item Types
SWW_WI2OBJ - Decision comments related to the work item
