How to cancel inspection results in Accelerated returns

Hello,

Does anyone know how to cancel the inspection results entered in app "Enter inspection results - from warehouse" in the accelerated return process?

There was a huge mistake in quantity in the accelerated return document which was realized after creating the credit memo. Now we are trying to back out of the complete transaction to edit the quantity. We are unable to reverse goods issue due to the inspection document.

Hi Deepti,

Please check the app - "Manage Usage Decisions" for Quality Engineer. You would need a business role - SAP_BR_QUALITY_ENGINEER (Quality Engineer) to access this app.

With this app, you can display inspection lots and manage usage decision of each inspection lot. In case of inspection lots where a usage decision has been made, you can view or change that usage decision. In case of inspection lots where a usage decision has not been made, you can make a usage decision.

Hello Sai,

Thank you for your response. The inspection results were entered using "Enter inspection results from warehouse " app. I cannot find any inspection lot details in that app. Also, for the corresponding material there are no records in "Manage usage decisions" app.

Am I missing anything here?

How are you? I see there is no answer from this question. As the Scope Item Accelerated Customer Returns (BKP) is for Sales LoB, I am checking if I can send the LoB Sales Moderator to have their help to analyze and answer it.

After talk to my colleague Gerrard Magorrian, he provided the following answer:

"The only way to cancel the inspection (For Example, Reject The Delivery Item) is via App "Enter Inspection Results - From Warehouse" (Transaction Code in On-Premise: MSR_INSPWH). There is no other way to process inspection cancellation."
