How to automate EWM related steps for Deliveries?

Business is requesting if there is a way to automate Delivery process to simplify the Receiving and Goods issuing for WM managed locations.

They want WM locations to have simple steps like the IM location but we cannot eliminate the extra WM-related steps so we are hoping we can automate some of them. Is this possible for S4 PERSON_NAME Public Cloud?

Please check some APPs available that you could use to automatize some important steps related to the Receiving and Good issue for WM-managed locations:

‘Manage Outbound Delivery Orders ’ App: This app allows you to manage outbound deliveries. You can select all items and click ‘Create WTs’ to automatically create warehouse tasks for items that have available stock. This can help to avoid partial picking of the delivery. If you want the system to only create the warehouse tasks if all the delivery items have sufficient stock to be picked, you can enable the flag ‘Completely Pick Warehouse Request’ in SSCUI ‘Change Warehouse Process Type Settings’ (SSCUI 103863).

‘Post Goods Issue – Unplanned’ App: This app supports unplanned goods issues without outbound delivery orders. You can post goods issues for partial quantity or entire quantity. This app also allows you to assign the goods issue to an accounting element like a cost center, internal order, or project.

‘Process Warehouse Tasks’ App: This app allows you to confirm warehouse tasks, which include tasks for picking.

'Schedule Warehouse Task Creation - Picking' APP: With this app, you can create pick warehouse tasks automatically in the background in defined time intervals. By doing this, you can avoid creating tasks manually.

Pack Handling Units – Advanced’ App: This app allows you to automatically pack products into handling units based on predefined packing instructions. This can significantly speed up the packing process and ensure consistency in how products are packed.
