How to assign Routine to requirement transfer

I have created a new routine VOFM, how do I assign it to OBV8?

In VOB8 I can only modify but not add.

First you need to create a custom routine via VOFM. Then, go to ovb8 where at the bottom screen, you can see "Req.maintainance" from where you can insert a new routine

But I can only assign one routine. I want to add my customized routine.
