How to add the fixed salary Amount in IT0008 in pe51 form

Hi Experts,

My client wants both fixed salary amount and earned salary amount to reflect in payslip. For example, Basic salary is 225 & the earned salary is 215.

In payroll log, I find the IT0008 wages fixed value reflects in WPBP output table IT.

In pe51, I want to add this fixed amount against the earned salary. So I changed the line layout by choosing WPBP table and the field APZNR.

And this line layout, I added in the window against the wage type 1000.

But still only blank space is showing in the payslip

Am I missing something?

If I need to capture in wage type and add the values to RT, kindly guide me to write custom PCR and also where to place this PCR in the schema. I was doubtful, if the value will get doubled and also the new wt will be captured in a different wage code and how will it get aligned in the payslip in the order in which the wages appear in the payslip.

I checked all related threads, but could not find a complete answer. Pls. help

Hi Experts,

1. I wrote PCR as below and placed it in the schema above the Factoring and Storage. But 9DBP not added into the OT of PCR and also not added to RT.

2. Next tried by placing it above the Valuate pay elements PCR. Still no result.

Pl. guide me corrections in PCR and where to place the PCR in schema. Subsequently, what are the changes to be made in pe51 in line layout and window to capture this dummy wage type 9DBP in payslip. The value of 9DBP wage type must reflect in the payslip in the same line as wage type 1000.
