How to add new attachment to existing equipment new mass

Hello Team,

Could you please suggest an option/way forward for the below business requirement. 

Business wanted an automatically attach a common PDF (Blank Work Permit Document) for all the Maintenance orders generated and that needs to be print along with maintenance order.

So, that a PDF attached to the technical object will be automatically available in the maintenance orders created or generated from the maintenance plan and then by enabling the automatic attachment printing option, an attachment can be print along with the maintenance order.

To execute this, we need to attach a common work permit document to all the equipment's. So, my question is like "Can we able to attach a same PDF document to all the available equipment's in mass?"

I hope, it is clear, could you please help us with the details.

the SAP Help portal points to Output Management for maintenance orders, in particular, the form templates to fulfill this requirement. The way I see it, You'd just amend the form template for maintenance orders with the blank work permit document. Output Management for Maintenance Orders | SAP Help Portal

Hi @AndreasMuno, Thanks for your response. We have maintained the output management system for maintenance order printing but in this case we don't want to implement a work permit along with the print form.

Our requirement is "we need to add the same PDF attachment to all Equipment's available in the system". Do we have any mass upload option for that. Could you please let us know. Thank you.
