how to add custom tab in PR item level in sap cloud public edition using Custom Field or logic app?

Business Requirement -> New Tab addition in PR item level with Multiple custom fields

Environment -> SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud Edition 

App -> Manage Purchase Requisitions – Professional

1. In the highlighted area business expecting addition of new tab / section (ex. Professional Details)
2. Inside that new tab we will add custom fields as per requirement
3. As of now we can be able to add only fields in the existing tab, or we can use available tab/sections in Adapt UI screen.
4. We want to create new tab/ section, so we can add custom fields there , please help
