How To Add Cost Center To Groups?

We are not being able to assign Cost Centers to Cost Center Groups using the app "Manage Cost Center Groups". The add function is greyed out.

It is not possible to add cost centers to groups that are part of the standard hierarchy, only create new ones. The reason for this behavior is that when you want to insert a cost center, it can only be a newly created one, since all existing cost centers already have an assignment to the standard hierarchy.

This isn't correct! In the "Manage Cost Center Groups" app, you can add any cost center from the standard hierarchy to a group you create. However, this app does not allow the creation of new cost centers. Its primary function is to manage groups of cost centers that are already part of the standard cost center hierarchy.
