How to add 'Additional filter option s4 standard event'

Hi,

I could extend the payload of event mesh for business partner as described below video.

" Extending SAP S/4HANA Cloud events with RAP and event filtering plus dynamic topics in S4HC "

but It failed to add the filter option in S4 hana on-premise. 

Position is not available in S4 Hana -on premise .

Can you please help on this?
