How to add a filter to an "overview page" fiori application ?

Hello experts, 

My customer, running a SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition system, would like to add a filter to fiori application "Quality Engineer Overview" (F2360, which is a "SAP Fiori elements: Overview Page" kind of fiori application). The new filter to add should correspond to the Material's group:

Would this be possible please?

I tried checking but: 

- not possible to do anything with the UI adaptation mode other than changing the cards themselves (hide some or change of their attributes)

- SAP Fiori library says that Fiori app F2360 can be modified with "sap ui5 adaptation project" but would this fulfill my requirement?

Hello Vivek, thanks for answering but in your blog, the SAP system is private or on premise. I am on the contrary, working on a S/4 HANA Public Cloud system. Moreover, your example references CDS view "C_MaterialOverdueGRBlocked" which on Ecplise, has C0 contract "extensible for key user" => maybe that is why you were able to extend it. I am not sure the CDS view behind "Quality Engineer Overview" fiori application has "C0 extend contract" enabled.
