How to Add a Custom Discount field in Sales order Front screen VA01

Hi All,

My Requirement is to add a custom discount% field in the sales order item section(Front Screen) in VA01/02. My client doesn't want to change the discount% on the condition screen.

I am able to add the custom discount field in the sales order item section but the system needs to capture the discount from the item section and update the discount% in the condition screen when the user presses the enter key. This discount% value will also finally be saved when the user presses the save button.

I don't think you should accept making such modifications to the system. If data entry is taking too long for the business users, then a custom program may be built to upload a file or have simpler screens, calling the BAPI for SalesOrder Creation in the background.

You have not explained your requirement clearly. Please share the related screen shot of how currently it looks in condition tab and what exactly you wanted to change in that condition tab and from where ?

Thanks for the response. I am able to configure the new condition type ZDIS for discount% in the condition screen but my user doesn't want to enter the discount% in the condition screen. But my user wants to add a custom discount% field in the item section of the VA01 as per the attached screenshot and enter the discount over there.

My problem is that the discount% value doesn't transfer and update the correct discount in the condition screen.

Hi,

You can use the condition fast entry concept to apply discounts to the sales order item section, eliminating the need for custom development.

Select the Pricing procedure determination.

Select the discount condition type in the condition type for fast entry.

In the sales order line item level it will be visible.

Which of the classic user-exits (e.g. (RV60AFZZ)USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP) or BAdI did you already try to move your VBAP ZZfield to conditions?

go to user pricing condition and create an object or element regarding your discount just like (ZDES) then use it in your condition.
