How to add a new value CT04 value in Quality as the transports doesn't bring it from Dev

Hi ,

My understanding is you are referring to a characteristic in the app Manage Characteristics

Characteristic values cannot be transported to another system . They can either be maintained manually 

in CT04 again or using the Migration Object Characteristic
